Woman apparently steals a wallet and goes on a shopping spree at Target, spending over $800

SAN ANTONIO – According to an arrest affidavit, a woman is being accused of stealing a wallet and going to Target and having a shopping spree, spending hundreds.

According to the victim’s information to police officials, she was shopping at the HEB at 23635 Wilderness Oak on June 24th when her phone and wallet were stolen. The victim’s credit card was taken from the wallet and used in a spending spree at the Target located at 17502 La Cantera Parkway, the amount spent totaled $827.84 according to the arrest report.

Police stated there were four total purchases on the stolen card, all varying in different amounts, $446.46, $102.05, $102.05, and $173.15. Surveillance footage showed a partial license plate on a Ford passenger car, which helped identify the suspect, Roxanna Ramirez-Coultress and another unknown suspect using the stolen card.

According to investigators Ramirez-Coultress currently faces a charge for fraud credit abuse.
