UPDATE: The San Antonio Police Department has announced that Chysander Helio Rosas has been found safe. According to San Antonio News station KSAT 12, he is now in the care of CPS.
SAN ANTONIO — SAPD is requesting the public’s help to locate a 5-year-old boy that was last seen Saturday, July 27th, at around 6 p.m.
Chysander Helio Rosas, 5, was left in the care of a 23-year-old Hispanic female named Cynthia in the area of Harlan and Pleasanton, according to the San Antonio Police Department.
KSAT 12 reports that the father of the boy reported him missing at around 3 a.m. Sunday morning, and that he hadn’t seen him for 12 hours. The “Cynthia” person is reportedly a friend of the family.
An Amber Alert is imminent as police are working on getting one out, as they also comb the area, looking for Chysander.
There’s no description of what the child is wearing, or was wearing when last seen, but he has red, curly hair.
