Kerr County woman arrested for allegedly selling property but not turning over deed

KERR COUNTY – A 57-year-old by the name of Vadala Consepcion Kubesch was arrested after Kerr County Sheriff’s Office Investigators received a complaint on December 14, 2018, that property had been sold by Kubesch but the deed was never turned over. according to the Kerr County Sheriff’s Office.

Allegedly, Kubesch sold property in the 100 block of George Muck Drive, received payment for the property but failed to turn over the deed, stated KCSO.

“Kubesch admitted that she sold the property then used it as collateral to obtain money and never turned over the deed or returned the money,” said Kerr County Sheriff Rusty Hierholzer.

After being indicted by the 198th Judicial District Grand Jury on two counts of theft, Kubesch was arrested on July 15, 2019, and was transported to the Hays County Jail where she was later released after posting bond.
